My baby is a week old. My milk came in 3 days ago and my breasts up until yesterday have felt full and heavy. However, today they feel empty, soft and even look smaller. When i squeeze on ly a tiny bit of milk pops out. I dont feel like i have much milk in them at all. With my 1st child, they were constantly full and heavy for weeks after she was born, and id leak all the time. This time i havent leaked at all. Should i be worried that i dont have enough milk?
