Raaaah! I'm angry at myself because I keep munching on chocolate. I will go to the shops to get lunch, end up coming out with my sarnie, some crisps and 3 choccie bars because "there was a deal on". I think part of my prob is that I have been "dieting" for 3 years, only letting myself have the occasional treat, now I just give in to my cravings. I'm trying to ensure I get at least 3-4 of my 5 a day but combine that with sweeties and I don't think I have the perfect cocktail. Anyone else being as naughty as me? Help me feel less guilty!
