After I eat I'm just sat down all quite and still and then I literally have sick in my mouth. No burping so it's not a sucky burp, it's just there. I don't even feel it come up relief ideas?!x

Gaviscon, or omeprezole if its really bad huni x I've had it the whole time and it's awful, everything repeats on me and comes back up unless I take my tablets x

Yeah it's minging, always sick in my mouth lol!! My oh knows my face when it happens too and he's like mmmmmm nice lol!
Apparently not eating loads at one time helps too, but I'm way too greedy to have small portions! Haha x

Haha! Sounds like my boyfriend, he said he's not gonna kid me goodbye cos its obvious I was just sick! oh gosh me too! A meal may take me like an hour longer to eat but the little and often thing is pretty much impossible!!x
