Abdominal Muscle Seperation

If you have NO abdominal muscle what so ever (I don't caused by my last pregnancy) Will this affect having a natural delivery in any way? Won't you need Abdominal muscle to push the baby out as isn't it them that contracts, Just so scared of having to have a Caesarean as I have an unexpected appointment with my Consultant at the hospital on Friday and I am scared this is what she wants to talk to me about

I've split my tummy muscles and the doc who told me didn't say I couldn't have a normal birth, however, even turning over in bed or sitting up hurts and I'm not sure how I'll be able to push baby out. I'm seeing the consultant on 9 July so will ask him about it then.

I'm definitely interested to hear what your consultant says about it in the meantime.
