A little confused

I started spoting yesterday for like 2min then it went away and today for like maybe an hour and now nothing Im suppose to start my period tomorrow and this has never happened to me I normally start spoting one to two days before as a constant as it starts getting heavier what could this be

Could be implantation bleeding? Try a test in a few days xx
