_•~•*XoXoX*•~•_ JULY 2015 Mummies-To-Be _•~•*XoXoX*•~•_

Agree with you there Millie, I'll totally be sticking my bump out and tutting haha! It's worse walking in & out of my building at work where all the smokers stand I feel like vomming!
Might have to watch this bringing up baby it sounds interesting! Where would I find it? X

Hi ladies!

Can't believe I am saying this but our repeat scan today showed us that our little blueberry is absolutely fine!! :) Baby is measuring 10.4mm now (was apparently 3.2mm last week) which is 7w1d. 4 days behind where I thought I was, but I ovulate 4 days later as I have longer cycles! So, baby is perfectly sized. My sac is REGULAR, no problems, nothing to worry about there at all. Not sure whether the sonographer was just terrible last week (that's my suspicion...she dated me 'less than 5 weeks' and told me that the heart starts from Day 1...what a load of rubbish!) or if everything has just sorted itself out over the past 7 days. I do have a cyst on my right ovary which is what has caused the discomfort but it's small and they will just monitor it with my routine scans!

So happy and so relieved. This last week has been terrible for us, I was convinced it was all over. But, nope, our little baby has stayed with us and everything is great. Saw their little heartbeat flickering away and have a picture too!!

:love::love::dust::dust::pompom::pompom:

xx

Ah thats lovely news

lacey my due date is around 28th July but I'll be having a c section (due to medical reasons) so it'll probably be before then.

I hate the waiting around bit at the beginning. Got nothing to show for it other than a positive test (or 4, haha) not really got many symptoms. Sore boobs and hungry. Hopefully no sickness this time xxx

Aww Kwarbee that is amazing news!! So made up for you!! Xxx

Kwarbee - great news!
Lacey - oooooowwwwwwwwww???

As for me, I'm in the 'hungry with sore boobs' camp. Other than that, nada. Just had my booking in appt through, but can't make it. Just about the only thing in my diary that can't be moved during the next 3 weeks and BAM it's in the middle. Along with a note saying: these appointments are limited so please make every effort, yada yada yada. So I'm the chump that'll be awkward. Hope they can sort me something else soon. I've left a message on the central ansafone so no idea when I'll get a reply :/

Ahhhh so happy for you kwarbee!!! :D

Boosh I just watched it on youtube :) just type in bringing up baby. There's 4 episodes I think, They are so interesting!! :) def recommend them.

Not sure if it was low blood sugar as I've been eating quite a bit this week lol!

xxxx

Just started watching Bringing Up Baby (thanks millielaura) and I was teary at them showing the c-section. Anything involving even the teeniest bit of emotion and I'm off.
Lol at the dad choosing to wear his beanie hat and 'stoned' tshirt for his 15 mins of fame.

I haven't even begun to think about parenting methods, will probably just take the 'hope for the best' approach!x

Ahh just popped in to check and sooooo pleased for you kwarbee :)

Lacey could you remove me from the front page please :( x

Kwarbee that's is BRILLIANT NEWS!! really really happy for you!!

Excellent news Kwarbee

Lacey....ouch. Hope the dentist managed to sort you out!

Sorry to hear a few of you have been suffering with the dreaded lurgy recently! Hope you feel better soon.

As for me, minimal cramps this evening, no hot water bottle required and I even managed to cook dinner tonight lol! I think my OH would have had a heart attack having to do it two nights in a row!! Boobs remain sore but no nausea (at the moment). I'm normally quite an emotional person so I've not noticed anything over and above usual, however I did have to leave the room on Sunday to prevent myself getting teary eyed over Lewis Hamilton winning!! Oh dear!!

Jackster.....I feel the same, apart from my sore boobs and lack of AF I wouldn't know anything was going on inside there. Although my confession involves a few more positive sticks than 4, try *cough* 14 *cough*....did I really say that!! I've got another 3 in the cupboard too. I'm going to do one on Thursday morning before my first midwife appointment as I can't shake the feeling that something is going to go wrong as I have barely any symptoms!

So come on ladies fess up, surely someone must have POAS more times than me! Anymore offers above 14?

I didn't keep count but I did do quite a few tests during the first week to check the line was getting darker, almost all were just internet cheapies though so at least it wasn't costly.

Once. I know. I can hardly believe it myself. The doc told me, them I did a test when o got home to show oh. Am I bad?

I can't remember lol think I took about 5?
BUT saying that you don't even wanna know how many tests I've used since TTC december 2013.I tested from 7dpo most months everyday. Sometimes twice a day. So average of about 12 per cycle I'd say :L which makes it around 120 tests I've used in total lmao!!

xxxx

Omg just thought so if each 2 pack was a tenner on average, with two tests a pack, that's 120 divided by two which is 60. times £10. 600 FREAKING QUID ON PREG TESTS!!!
Lol I am jealous of people who conceive straight away- saves so much money lol that 600 quid could of gone on the nursery! Lol xxx

Just shed a tear at the Pedigree denta stix advert Ffs haha! Xx
