Hi Sharan, welcome to PF!
I got cramping with both of my pregnancies in the early stages; as long as you aren't bleeding it's generally ok. Your uterus has a lot of fast growing to do within the first trimester so we are bound to feel something. If you're experiencing other symptoms too that's generally a good sign.
