6 week appointment

Hi,

My health visitor is coming to the house tomorrow for my 6 week appointment (post natal).

Can anyone tell me what this entails? what I should expect?

i think that this may the same as my 8 weeek check if so they just check u and baby over make sure ur coping ok and all that kinda stuff - thats wot mine was neway lol

I had stitches after 2 episiotomies, do you think they will want to check them?

i had 4 degree tears after having B and was worried the doc (a family friend would wanna check em) not summit id like but he sed if they were not hurting and feeling ok they would be ok
