5mg folic acid and other pregnancy vitamins?

Is it ok to take pregnancy vitamins alongside 5mg folic acid (prescribed)? Because obviously the vitamins will have folic acid in too. Confused 😐

As SCN says your body takes what it needs & gets rid of the rest with folic acid. I'm on 5mg & pregnacare for whole pregnancy. X
