Intermittent fasting is a crazy that does actually work, but doesn't always get you those quick results like low carb diets will. I did with an 8 hour eating window per day and lost a lot of weight the first weeks (water weight), but later it slowed down.
They do work though, and are also proven to be healthy. Do it 5 days a week with a 6 to 8 hour eating window and see how you like it!
