    Help me!!!

I'm seriously at the end of my tether!

My 4.5 year old seriously struggles to go to sleep. He started school in September but he's had real issues going to bed since he turned 4 in May. If he's over tired he gets all punchy and aggressive. He says he doesn't like his room so I let him sleep with me and have no issues with that at all. What I do have issues with is that driving him in the car seems to be the only way to get him off to sleep.

I'm at my wits end and it seems ridiculous measures to take on a regular basis?!

He does have a salicylate intolerance (chemical in SO many foods) and potential fructose intolerance so I know this can be an issue.

I'm just so tired on running on all cylinders until 9/10pm every single day, I always thought sleep would be sorted by this age :-(

I really feel for you... Our DD isn't the easiest sleeper either. Can you get seen through GP?? If this is effecting your family life and of course your son's, I would speak to GP about it, they may refer you to a specialist xx

you say he dont like his room why dont you redecorate but then leg him plan it and do what he wants then he cant say he dont like it. Also have you looked into a sleep trainer? They can come over at bed time and help then. bit like super nanny!
