    Warm baths and tummy massage.
    Keep breastfeeding.
It's normal for breastfed babies over 3 or 4 weeks to go several days without pooing.

You can also drink a tea like Chamomile which is good for digestion and the benefits should pass through in your milk.
Don't drink peppermint as it's believed to reduce milk supply.

My HV told us that breastfeed babies can go 7 days without pooing, and bottle fed babies can go 5 days. My LO gets constipated about once a week and we find tummy massages, cycling her legs and giving her cool boiled water between feeds helps!
