3 kids am i again? confused

Hi i have irregular periods and have ben using an app to calculate my period dates. According to the app i am 19 days late but to me im a week late. Last 2 weeks had lower backache, headaches, gone off foods tea and coffee, appetite decreased lost weight ( same as all my other pregnancies), nausea, sinus pain, spots but at same time skin looks glowy, boobs feel bigger and sore neva had that before. Belly cramps feels strange and hurts if i get up too fast. Sleep problems and heart palpatations. With all other kids i didnt get a postive preg test til i was at least 7 weeks plus? Am i again? Please advise xx
