    Hi ladies.

I thought it would be a good idea to introduce the two week waiting bench.
Pop in here for a chat if you are on the 2ww as a pass time or to ask about any possible symptoms you have noticed

I'm on it at the moment and it seems to be getting even longer each time. (This is my second cycle of actually tracking ovulation etc )

I am currently either 5 or 6 dpo
Who's joining me on this waiting game?

    :2ww:

I'm only 1 dpo, so I have a while to go!
Went mad with the bd'ing early on, and think I ovulated yesterday but couldn't dtd last night! We did the previous 5 nights though, so fingers crossed something has stuck!

Fingers crossed for you. I thought I had a positive on saturday morning, DTD friday eve, and then sunday morning just for fun and then in the afternoon I got an even darker OPK so that was a good aim I think. Now the dreaded long wait. lol

With the nights before I'd say you have a good shot too :)

This is a great idea Valentina! It's so nice to have ladies in the same boat to chat to about all this, tried to speak to my friend last night, she is due her baby in 2 weeks, her only advice was not to try too hard or focus on when to bd as 'the magic will happen' on the night you have spontaneous love-making not scheduled sex as hormones play a big part in it. I get the theory or point she's trying to make but it's really hard to not think about the best times to bd and track cm etc. I just felt kinda pooh-poohed by her, I thought she'd understand the longing as she had an ectopic at 7 weeks but got pregnant straight away again and has had a happy healthy pregnancy so I guess maybe not.

I guess she means not to make it a must. But there again I tried not tracking for about 2 months and just dtd-ing when we wanted but that got me nowhere too lol.
Then kept track of my periods using an app, told me my fertile window (i thought) but since using OPK's this month my fertile window according to the app was a week early than it actually was.

I cant believe how naive I was when starting the pill thinking that if I had unprotected sex once I'd become pregnant straight away lol

I think it's easy enough to say relax once you have your baby.... I bet if someone had said the same to her when she was back to trying she'd feel the same as you... although I don't think she would have realised now that it would upset you. If that makes sense. It's the kind of thing people say thinking it will make you feel better when actually it just makes you feel rubbish.

I'm 5dpo today, my stomach hasn't been great... I was a bit poorly yesterday and not feeling great today either, but I know that must just be being run down or having a bug as it's too early for it to be symptoms. I'm over thinking when I should test now, not sure whether to try 12dpo or wait until AF is due.

Don't think we have much chance this month, oh was away when I ovulated. We dtd on the Thursday and I think I ovulated on the Sunday, so there is still a small chance, but... it's small

My biggest chance is that I'm 5dpo too. And I've been struck with another tonsilitis this past week. (I've now had 4 in 7 months, driving me crazy! Going to my gp this afternoon to get it sorted) I've been having backache and headaches all week, but there are multiple causes. Been doing overtime at work, standing too long, got a sunstroke on tuesday (oops, lol) so I really dont know what to expect.

FX'd and stickybean babydust for all of you :dust:

Baby dust back at you :)

I suppose we don't have too much longer to wait in the grand scheme of things, but it just seems so far away.

Think I'm maybe 5DPO. Told myself I would not symptom spot this month lol, I don't know when it's too soon for any genuine symptoms anyway! The last time I was pregnant (mc @ 7 weeks) I missed All/any signs as had given up all hope after trying for 2 years, literally had sex once that month so wasn't expecting anything at all, had even done a pregnancy test when I thought my period was due just out of habit, bfn, had went out and bought new bras saying to my Hubby my boobs were growing out of control I've put so much weight on we need to go on a diet etc, turns out my symptoms were definitely big heavy boobs and severe tummy bloating, along with tight feeling across upper abdomen, like literally couldn't fit into my jeans, got the bfp a week later when af still hadn't arrived. So I guess these are the only symptoms I now know to look for!

Took a test this morning at 6dpo because I'm going to a wedding later this eve.. Obvious a BFN. It it had shown a bfp I wouldn't but now I'm gonna enjoy a (maybe last) glass of white wine
    Busy busy busy weekend otherwise.
Absolutely no symptoms at all, apart from the excessive cm still
What you ladies up to this weekend?

Excessive cm is a good sign though!

I had every symptom under the sun last month so I'm actually praying for a symptom free month this time - then it will probably mean something!
I'm at work all weekend, night shifts, so going to be fun trying to sleep in this heat during the day...I'm only 3dpo and it will be when I'm off work next week that I probably start to obsess a bit...

Enjoy the wedding, and wine! X

Yes enjoy the wedding and wine.

I also used an ovulation test today (don't wanna waste the pregnancy ones) at 6dpo and unsurprisingly it was negative. Out tonight so will have a couple of cocktails.
I'm out on Tuesday as well... not sure whether to test again or just wait until Friday to test?

14DPO and thoroughly confused. AF due today, no sign of her, no symptoms, nothing. Temp is still above the coverline, but I keep getting BFNs on my cheapie tests, going to wait a few days before I start investing in FRERs. This cycle has been completely different from my last cycle. I've always known I have irregular cycles, but sheesh. I didn't even ov until CD20, I'm now CD34, longest cycle I've ever recorded.

Thank you... I hope it's a good thing, else it could be a very bad thing. Trying not to think about it TOO much, I already had a breakdown at 11DPO because my temp went down a little bit, thought that was it I was out and stopped temping the last two days.. didn't have AF this morning so I popped in my thermometer only to discover my temp is still elevated (goes to show that one temperature does not always mean anything significant). Thats so strange, I read some where once that you should have it checked out if your cycle is off more than 5 days (eother way shorter/longer)
How are you feeling today Salley?
