2nd baby and unsure if anything felt yet - should i worry?

hi! im 18 weeks preg. tomorrow with second child and i don't think i have felt him/her move yet.
i think i have felt flutterings but def, no kicks.
i had bleeding at start of preg and m constant;y worried that something is wring.
we have s2nd scan on 6.6.05 and ill feel more assured after that.
has anyone experienced the same thing or similar - am i just being paraniod??

Iam 19.2 weeks pg with my second child and still not feelings yet. I don't even feel the flutterings. Your Ultrasound was good and so with in a couple of weeks you will feel your little peanut. Since iam overweight with a big belly i think i could not feel the movement yet. If we are large then around 20 weeks only we will feel the baby. Iam too worried about not feeling the baby yet. Lets keep our fingers crossed. and hope for the best soon!
