Okay. So I have had nothing to eat for 6 days now.
Tomorrow... I have my first weigh in.

Yes!!
I've lost 11 lbs! Feel so much more motivated !
Lol it's quite embarrassing that in a week I've lost 2 lbs more in water than my son when first born! X

And no. Not one bloody bite. Not even a lick.
Just 3 shakes and a bucket load of liquids x

Master cleanse is a type of fast. I used to do juice cleanses and fast loads before I had Blake.

I'm on lipotrim. Had never heard of it until I saw it on tinys thread... I think it's Tinys anyway lol.
I'd been in the Cambridge diet before. Same again, and lost 3 stone. And only gained when I got pregnant again. Except I gained 5 stone! X

Phoned ma local chemist n its £33 per week, so role on payday so i can get 2wks in before i go away!
