she'll more than likely take a urine sample, if you haven't had your bloods done already, think they call them 'booking bloods' then she'll do them too checks for syphilis, blood group etc
It varies dpending on the health authority. I didn't get my bloods done till 16 weeks.
She'll probably check your blood pressure and take a urine sample.
There's normally a lot of questions about your family history of health problems, any previous pregnancies etc. Loads of forms to fill out too.
