19 weeks movement?

Hi, for the past week or so I've been feeling baby with the popping sensations and it seems to be mostly when I'm laid quiet. Anyway the past few days hes been a bit quieter not moving as much. I know they don't really worry till your a bit further on but just wondered what's going on? Is it a growth spurt or has he moved? Anyone else had this?

Its all good hun. I had this lastt week. Where it went quiet for a couple of days then started wriggling again. Xxx

Hi yeah I had popcorn popping at about 16 weeks but since then it's all been quiet not sure if I just had wind lol hurry up and start moving baby!!!!x
