14 weeks pregnant and dull annoying back pain!! middle back!!

Has anyone else had this dull ache in their back but not at the bottom, more at the middle? Even when I sit down it doesn't always relax until I actually lie down! Or does anyone know what it is? Thanks girls xxx

yes!!! i get it in the middle aswell and back of ribs.. just started a few weeks back! not sure what it is either, but its so annyoing! try having a bath it may reduce the pain a little...i could be everything just moving plus our muscles are more relaxed now due to our hormones, could be something to do with that too!! xx

Ahh thank u!! I will try a nice warm bath later! I don't mind the aches, makes me actually feel pregnant, just nice to know I'm not the only one experiencing it xxx

O, glad Im not the only one - Ive been getting aches just above where the small of my back is I guess. It's been really annoying, but I don't mind too much, like as you say, it makes you feel more pregnant! Hopefully its not too bad for you
