10 weeks postpartum mucus and light bleed?

I had my first postpartum period 3 weeks ago. This last week I've had like a mucus discharge, lower back pain and yesterday a light bleed which I assumed was an early period but it has since gone. Has anyone any experience if this? Infection? Pregnancy?

Hey. Iv literally just got back from the doctors with the same thing. Tho iv had 2 lots of heavy bleeding since son was born 8 weeks ago. But in between had a mucus discharge. Just had swabs taken and been put on anti biotics. Best thing to do is to see your gp

Thanks so much! I've had four doses of antibiotics for kidney infections from baby was born! Lol. I'll give dr a ring now. Hope you feel better soon. Thank you.
