10 percentile fetal growth, so worried about baby growth hormone/ please give advice

Hi I had my scan today, I'm 19w+5.
They told me baby is tiny and he had 10 percentile fetal growth, I'm so worried about baby growth hormone. They give me another scan in 2 weeks. please give some advice.
