    Hey Clarkecharm,

I had checked in last night to see if there was a January thread on the go but couldn't find it, thanks for making it. After a lot of indecision we decided that we would finally actually start ttc haha I think I ovulated on saturday 8th but not sure what day to test as I actually broke my phone and can't check my apps to see haha

So anyway Cycle 1, can I be added for testing on 22nd Jan (I think?) haha

How are you keeping? I haven't caught up on anything on the forum x

    I
It's hard when you're just on the brink of the month, hope you are keeping well. I remember your username from back in June/July when I first popped back here. x

Aww thanks! I remember yours too. Still here. Actually have an appointment with my OBGYN and a fertility specialist this month. My husbands been working on some testing as well. It is always strange at the brink of the month, but oh well!

Hi, I’ve never posted on these testing threads before but I hope I can join you! I’ll either be testing on 26th or 31st - ovulated very early so don’t know whether to wait until 2 weeks after that or until I was due my af originally. I’m trying not to test too early so I don’t get my hopes up / spend a fortune on tests!

Welcome to this part of the forum! It’s not too busy over here, so always nice when there’s a new person joining! I wish I could take your approach and hold off on testing lol….I struggle in that area for sure. ;)

I force myself to wait after so many months of taking a test when I didn’t get it on the day or early (as I used to for years) and then getting my AF immediately afterwards. People tell me not to think about when I’m due on, but I haven’t mastered that yet! Still not sure what to do this month though, given my early ovulation - I guess I can only wait and see!

Hello and happy new testing thread :)

well I am 14dpo today and have had a BFP!! Huge shock. It’s been about 6 weeks since the miscarriage at the start of December.
    Feeling very anxious and nervous.
I’ve had some brown discharge today, so not getting my hopes up. It’s so stressful in the early days isn’t it! :(

hope to see a lot BFPs this month :)

it’s very faint and for some reason I had foreign first response delivered instead of the usual but it’s still done the job :) but can’t deny the words of “pregnant” ! Honestly such mixed emotions x

@Fsb676 Thankyou! Feeling really anxious this time, hoping some brown discharge isn’t a worry at this stage. :(
You feeling ok about your appointment coming up? X

    You’re very welcome lovely!

I think I’m ovulating as we speak, I have a pain on my left side but LH strips aren’t super dark. So I don’t know what’s going on! I never get super dark lines though! I’m CD19 and usually ovulate on that day every month!

Still waiting on gynaecology. Was meant to have a phone app in Dec but omicron turned up and all services cancelled until further notice. I understand why but finding it so frustrating.

My step sister is due in May and now my best friend is 9weeks. I’m pleased for them but it still hurts.

    how are you huni xx

Aww everything crossed for you that it's a speedy process or you fall even before you need to go.

@Jamla welcome! feel free to jump in :)

@Sugar10 aww yay congratulations, sorry you are feeling so anxious. There is definitely no denying that digital! Brown discharge is old blood, I may be out with timing but could it be implantation bleeding? I had it both times with my 2 daughters and it was just small amount of bleeding and brown /old blood.

@Clarkecharm that is so frustrating that they cancelled the services :( Have they given any indication on when they might be resuming? I ovulate usually around CD19/20, does that mean you have long cycles like I do? Mine are between 31-34 days usually which are annoying cuz sometimes I end up skipping a testing month hahaha I like them to line up with the months or it feels too long to wait!

I'm trying to remember what is the earliest dpo that would be sensible to test at? haha Like I'm 9dpo, is tomorrow (10dpo) too early? Or should I just hold on until I am due on the 22nd and stop faffing about? haha xx

@Fsb676 It probably isn’t a worry…but I probably wouldn’t be able to not worry. Keep us posted! Will keep you in prayer.

Oh, the appointment….tomorrow morning and I’m hoping I don’t chicken out and cancel. Lol I was going to cancel Friday, but I didn’t. We shall see. Thanks so much for asking!

@clarkcharm Thankyou. Sorry about your gyne department being rubbish, hope they get you in soon. I have been waiting over a year for my sons ent appointment it’s all gone mad. Hopefully you’re ovulating now and catch :) hugs xxx

@LuckyLaura im also rubbish at testing and would be testing by 7dpo haha, so you should definitely test! :) haha. Let us know! Yes I’m thinking a little bit of brown isn’t a worry, and there isn’t any today so fingers crossed it’s all ok. I would be Around 4 weeks. Just worrying I guess!
@Fsb676 hope your appointment goes well, and you haven’t cancelled! Hope you get some answers and can hopefully get your BFP soon :) xxxxxxxxx

    @Sugar10 Congratulations!! Wonderful news!!

I’m now 6dpo and desperately trying to keep my mind off it, not very successfully! I always overanalyse every little twinge or feeling in the tww and then try not to get my hopes up while staying positive - which is pretty much impossible! I’m also quiet at work which doesn’t help!

I’ve got a hospital app this Friday about an HSG, but I’m really hoping that I don’t need it and that cycle 15 is the one!
